When trying different groups and associations we have to be honest with ourselves about what we want to get out of our experience.  And usually isn’t it the opportunity to improve our bottom line?

How do we do that?  Change.  What and how do you change?  Ask your mastermind group!

Mastermind Group = Improved Bottom Line

I thoroughly recommend that all owners/ principals become an active member of a Mastermind Group. In the automotive industry they are called “20 Groups”. These are limited to 20 participants with similar business focus and size. CarPart.com call their groups “Roundtables’ catering to the recycling industry. National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) currently has more than 130 “20 Groups” all across the country.

By networking with your peers, you can all benefit from each others experiences, helping your increase your bottom line. If you have an opportunity to have your Group meet at your business location it is a wonderful way to have the group observe your operation and give you valuable advice.

After personally presenting to more than 50 Groups, I have witnessed the power of the collective energy. Those that participate generally have far more successful businesses. Contact your industry association or preferred vendor for information about Groups in your area.
