Turn Passion into Progress
I was a little hesitant to sign up as a Phoenix Trader back October 2006. I had no experience in direct selling and did not want to get entangled in a pushy party plan business. But I was reassured once I’d spoken to my sponsor and done a bit of research. Phoenix put no pressure on you to meet any minimums – you set your own work hours and targets.
In fact I was so busy playing with my beautiful stock in the first few months that I did neglect to sell it! However, I soon started to get the balance right, and the selling part comes easily as it is such a good value product – the cards are as nice (ok, much nicer!) than anything you can buy in the shops and are so reasonably priced. I have customers who are honestly addicted to our sane charges and quality; they can’t bring themselves to buy anything else!
I’m a stay at home mum to three beautiful children and I do Phoenix to earn a little money and keep my business brain active. It is wonderful to be involved with a company where your input is not only valued but actively sought. It is exciting to vote on the upcoming range and then see your choices in the next release!
I have the freedom to run my business in lots of different ways. Some of my clients like to make their selections through the lovely catalogues; other prefer the convenience of online ordering. Many people love to see the cards in real life and I meet them at in home sales and markets.
For someone who does not consider themselves to be a ‘saleswoman’, I love getting out there and showing people the gorgeous Phoenix products! You don’t need to be aggressive to sell; once people see how beautiful the cards are, they fall in love themselves.
The last five years with Phoenix have been amazing. I’ve met some fantastic people (clients and colleagues), and learnt so much! Phoenix has given me more than just a r egular income; I’ve got a real sense of achievement in when I look back and see how my business has grown. I can’t wait to see where I am in another five years!
