Masterminds are really useful if everyone has the same goals and ambitions. It has helped my personal life and business in many ways. You can seek advice and get help from others who have done what you want to do. My current mastermind consists of 6 people and we all work in a similar industry. I’ve met all of them initially at our industry conferences and over time we all became friends.
Nowadays we travel so much that we created an international mastermind. Once a year we get together in a city and work together. In the meantime we stay in touch over text messages and share our thoughts through this medium regardless of international boundaries and timezones.
