Create Your Own CEO, CTO, CMO, COO Job, Or All of the Above.
Creating your own job is easier than most would think, however there is a good amount of legwork and time-commitment involved. One way of creating your own job is to create your own business, and work for yourself as CEO, CTO, CMO, COO, or all of the above.
One of the easiest businesses to start and one with virtually no barriers to entry and no need for financial investment is affiliate marketing. You can get involved joining various affiliate networks like Commission Junction, Sharesale, and Clickbank. Then you have to do a bit of niche research, and see what niches are both lucrative and not too competitive.
The next step is to create a unique blog related to one of the niches you chose and start populating it with good and consistently posted content. Then choose some affiliate programs related to your niche to promote, and plant links to them in your blog (or alternatively, join Google Adsense and put the Adsense ads on your site, alongside your content.) To get traffic, you’ll have to do some basic SEO by creating links to your blog. Type in “:Link building” into Google to find a multitude of sources that can teach you how to do it. Once you get the ball rolling, folks will start visiting your blog, and you will begin to earn commissions from the various affiliate programs you promote or from Google Adsense (whichever revenue source you choose). Once you see success in one niche, rinse and repeat in a different niche and watch your profits grow.
Now all you have to do is decide from where you’re going to do your new job. You home? An office? Perhaps a café or beach?
