Joining a mastermind group is part of a plan for long term success.  Learn what our experts have to say about the connections you make through working with a group of like-minded business professionals.

Mentoring the Mastermind

I’ve been in several mastermind groups in the last 20 years and am currently in one that just recently produced an amazing and very exciting new idea for my company. Each week we choose one of our members to focus on and we simply fire ideas at them and their business. “Have you tried this? What about this? Have you ever thought of…?”

Mastermind is about contributing to the business model, as well as mentoring the growth of the business person, as opposed to simply giving referrals. It’s about discovery, personally and professionally, and the connections made are real and long term.

Mastermind for Success

Mastermind Groups can help keep you accountable and on track if you’re a small business owner. You can bring challenges that you’re facing to a Mastermind Group and they help you get ideas how to move forward. The others in the group have different experiences and bring ideas to you that you may not think of.

I’ve found Mastermind Groups through organizations that I’ve belonged to and through coaches and coaching programs. Mastermind Groups can have different purposes. So, make sure to join a group that fits with the goals you want to achieve. My Mastermind Group has helped me get through some very difficult times in business. I would not be as successful as I am without them.
